Refund policy: written cancellation received by fax, mail or e-mail at least 7 days in advance will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel a workshop, Design Management Resources will issue either a full refund or a full credit toward a future workshop. Design Management Resources will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant for travel expenses, including hotel and airline fees.
