  • Strategy Formulation:
    Following the knowledge gathering done in the audit phase, the Design Management Resources team analyzes its findings along with the determined goals of your firm. We look at the big picture in order to develop a marketing plan that matches your various criteria, including time, money, staff, and additional resources. At the end of this stage, we have a focus of what types of marketing and public relations efforts to use to achieve your objectives.

  • Concept Development:
    This phase hinges on multiple brainstorming sessions in which the Design Management Resources team imagines the most appropriate speaking engagements, newsletter information, query letters, articles, or other marketing and public relations efforts for your firm. We discuss our determinations with you, the client, in order to decide which avenues to pursue.
